The Bridging the Gap event will focus on the issue of wealth inequality as well as the inequality between races.


Many students will attend to show off their projects. Also, Tim Wise, will be the guest speaker of the evening. The event is open to the public.

Tim Wise is an anti-racist activis and is also a writer about race issues. He wrote various books such as White Like Me: Reflections on Race From a Privileged Son, Affirmative Action: Racial Preference in Black and White, and Between Barack and a Hard Place: Racism and White Denial in the Age of Obama.
